Terms & Condition Of Sale


These terms & conditions only apply to purchase made through the Adelle Jewellery E-store (www.adellejewellery.com) or by telephone directly through the Adelle Jewellery online sales center. These terms of sale do not apply to any products or services we offer at Adelle Jewellery retail stores. Such product or service offerings are subject to separate terms and conditions accompanying the applicable product or service offering.

Please read the terms and check this section periodically for any changes. Adelle Jewellery may change the terms of sale from time to time, in its sole discretion. If you make a purchase in Adelle Jewellery E-store, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms of use of the platform and our privacy policy. Customers using the Adelle Jewellery online sales center will be given access to our consent and privacy policy and will agree to any changes to the terms of sale. Do not place an order if you refuse to accept these terms of sale.

1. Online Order
All orders placed on the online site are subject to availability and acceptance by Adelle Jewellery. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion.

To place an order on the online site, you can register and create an online account on the Adelle Jewellery E-store site. When you place an order online or through the website (www.adellejewellery.com), you confirm that the information you provide as part of the online order is true, accurate and complete in all respects.
You will be given the opportunity to confirm your order details, including your address and payment details, and correct any errors before completing the order. The product you want will be ordered after you complete the checkout and payment process.

When you do, we will send an email for your order that the payment has been successful and we have received your order (including a Copy of these T&Cs). Once we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been shipped for delivery. We will contact you if we are unable to receive your order, which may be due to several reasons.

 2. Product description, price and availability 
All orders placed on this site are subject to availability and acceptance by Adelle Jewellery. 


  • All products offered for sale through the site can be ordered directly depending on product availability or can be ordered through the 'pre-order' system according to the delivery time written on the site.
  • We strive to keep all descriptions, prices and information on our site accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not represent or warrant that the product images, descriptions, prices or other information on this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise your order as appropriate (including charging the right price) or cancel your order and refund the amount charged.
  • If the product ordered requires sizing information from you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements are right & accurate.
  • Adelle Jewellery reserves the right to change the assortment of products and materials offered on the site or through the Adelle Jewellery online sales center without prior notice.


  • All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with any applicable taxes and fees. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices posted on this site may differ from the prices we offer in our shop. All prices, discounts and promotions posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will apply at the time of order and will be specified in your order confirmation email. The price increase will only apply to orders placed after the change. Prices posted include tax.
  • Prices posted do not include shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs will be added to your order total, and will be detailed in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.


  • All items offered to order through online sales sites are subject to availability, and we will contact you if we are unable to accept your order. 

3. Features and function provided by third parties

Some features and functions on the site are operated by third party providers, such as delivery and payment services. The use of and interaction with such content, features and functionality may be subject to separate terms and conditions by each such service provider. Adelle Jewellery is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

4. Use of materials on the Site

All content on this site (including text, designs, graphics, logos and images), is the property of Adelle Jewellery and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Use of the content for commercial purposes, the sale or manufacture of materials without Adelle Jewellery's knowledge or consent is expressly prohibited.

5. Exchange guarantee within 30 days

You can exchange products that have been purchased from the Adelle Jewellery E-Store with the following conditions:

  1. You are required to do a video recording every time you unbox the packaging for the first time. 
  2. Report to us no later than 14 days after the goods are deliverd by the delivery courier. 
  3. Exchanged jewellery must be in good condition and can be received by Adelle Jewellery complete with valid invoice and certificate. 
  4. If the ordered product is damaged/differ from your order, it will be validated via video.
  5. If there is no evidence video then it is considered invalid to make a complaint, or Exchange guarantee as listed above. 

Exchanges will be issued after Adelle Jewellery only confirms that the requirements have been met. 

Please note that exchange can only be done at Adelle Jewellery Offline store in a complete condition with the received box along with the original invoice and certificate. 

6. Delivery Process
Estimated time for the product arrived to your desired address varies, depending on the type of product ordered and your location. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, Adelle Jewellery will e-mail you with the relevant courier name and tracking number.

Adelle Jewellery E-Store  does not ship your order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. We will send the receipt number to your email or you can see it in the 'Order Status'. Adelle Jewellery E-Store is not responsible for shipping delays.

For security reasons, all of our products are shipped via secure courier delivery. To ensure you receive your ordered pieces, we will ask you to accept the receipt provided by the courier. Do not open the package if the seal and package are damaged. Immediately contact the Adelle Jewellery E-Store sales center if this happens.
