Adelle Royalty Points:

For every IDR 5 million spent per product purchased in Adelle Jewellery, you will receive 1 Adelle Royalty points.
Adelle Royalty Points will be rewarded for all types of purchases at Adelle Jewellery except for purchases made at Adelle Jewellery Auctions.
Your points will be updated in a maximum of 2x24 hours since your purchase

Points Redemption:

Redeem your points through our Adelle Royalty Member app (link ke install aplikasi). In our application, you will see a selection of rewards available for redemption including digital rewards such as shopping vouchers & physical rewards including highly sought for household items.
You can only redeem rewards if your membership points are sufficient. If not, you can collect more points by shopping at Adelle Jewellery.
For rewards such as humidifiers, water bottles and other physical rewards, redeem through our Adelle Royalty Member app and your reward will be sent in 14 working days to the address registered on your account.
For digital rewards such as shopping vouchers, redeem through our Adelle Royalty Member application and insert the unique code that appears after redemption during your checkout on the web.

Membership Validity Date:

Your membership’s validity is continually extended every one year since your last purchase.
If you haven’t made any purchases in the past year, your membership will be deactivated. This means that you will be unable to make any points redemption or use your membership benefits. Purchase a product from Adelle Jewellery and your membership will remain active.

Ring Size Instructions

Measuring someone's ring size or even your ring size can be confusing. To make things easier, we've prepared a simple guide to decide the right ring size.

Whichever method you choose, here are some important tips for deciding your wedding ring size:

Make sure the ring you want to buy is comfortable to wear on your finger. The ring should be tight enough on your finger to prevent it from falling off but not too tight and hurting your finger.
The ring size you choose should be able to pass through your knuckle with minimal friction so it doesn't fall off easily.
Measure your ring size several times a day for more accuracy. Your finger size changes depending on the temperature of your environment; warm temperatures will swell your fingers while cold temperatures will shrink your fingers.
If your finger size is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Besides using international standard diamonds, we also use high quality gold for our jewellery. The purity of a gold is determined by the measure of "carats". 24-karat gold (24K) is 100% gold, but makes 24K gold so soft that it bends or scratches easily. That is why this type of gold is difficult to be jewellery material. Many people think 24K gold is the best type of gold to own, but this is not the case when it comes to buying jewellery.

At Adelle Jewelery, we use 18 carat (18K) gold as a material for jewellery making. With 75% pure gold & 25% other alloys, 18K gold is more affordable, stronger and no less beautiful than 24K gold jewelry.

The two types of 18K gold you can find in our jewelry are:

White Gold

Our white gold jewellery is made from a blend of pure gold and silvery colored metals such as nickel, silver and palladium. This metal alloy makes it stronger and increases its durability for wear as jewellery. That's why the 18K gold used by Adelle Jewellery has a high resistance to everyday wear.

Rose Gold

Our rose gold jewellery is made of pure gold mixed with an alloy of copper and silver. The combination of copper and silver helps strengthen the gold so that it is not easily scratched & bent, it also gives a luxurious and elegant reddish color. Like white gold, rose gold will not fade & lasts a long time if you take care of it properly.

Rose gold will always be a popular jewelry material and is considered by many to be the most romantic color of gold. Adelle Jewellery provides rose gold jewelry from rings to necklaces that will make you look more confident.
