Virtual Account

Payment verification will be processed automatically.

Guide:

  • Choose Virtual Account on payment method during checkout.
  • After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email about your order details and Virtual Account number to complete your payment.
  • You will receive a payment confirmation email from Adelle Jewellery.

Credit Card

Get easy and quickly make payments online by credit card. We are supported by Visa, Master Card, JCB, Amex 3D Secured.

Guide:

  • Choose VISA/MasterCard on payment method during check out
  • After completing your order, you will be directed to Nicepay page
  • Complete your data in Nicepay page
  • The name on the credit card must be the same as the recipient’s name, to protect you from any fraudulent act through credit card use
  • Click Submit when you’re done
  • We will send you a payment confirmation email
  • To prevent you from any form of fraud, show your copies of VISA/ MasterCard credit card and ID Card when receiving your order

Bank Transfer

You can complete payment using money transfer service via bank, ATM or Internet banking. Complete your payment within two (2) hours to avoid automatic cancellation of your transaction.

Guide:

  • Choose Bank Transfer on payment method during checkout.
  • After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email about your order details and Adelle’s bank account.
  • You will receive a payment confirmation email from Adelle Jewellery.

Direct Debit

  • Choose BCA KlikPay on payment method during check out.
  • After completing your order, you will be automatically directed to BCA KlikPay page.
  • Log in first to view your order details.
  • Click Send OTP button when you’re done.
  • OTP Code will be sent to you via SMS.
  • Insert your OTP code in the column on BCA KlikPay.
  • If the transaction succeeds, you will receive a payment confirmation email from Adelle Jewellery.

Instalment Non-Bank

We provide two options of instalment non-bank method; Kredivo and Akulaku.

Guide:

  • If you don’t have a Kredivo / Akulaku account, you can download Kredivo / Akulaku apps in AppStore / Play Store and then register yourself.
  • Choose Kredivo / Akulaku on payment method during check out.
  • You will be directed to Kredivo / Akulaku check out page.
  • Review your order details and login with your phone number.
  • Follow Kredivo / Akulaku transaction procedure.

e-Wallet

We provide three options of e-wallet method; OVO, DANA, and ShopeePay.

Guide:

  • If you don’t have e-wallet account, you can download in AppStore / Play Store and then register yourself.
  • Choose OVO / DANA / ShopeePay on payment method during check out.
  • You will be directed to OVO / DANA / ShopeePay check out page.
